Malign Sorcery (Part 2 of 4)

I've completed work on a few more of the Endless Spells models from the Malign Sorcery set.

I have to say I do like these. At whatever point I finally get to play a game of Age of Sigmar (I've never managed it yet!) I'm sure they'll look great as they roll over my foes.

Middle Earth SBG (Saruman)

Argh! I've done it again! Why do I keep doing this to myself? I've started collecting models for another game!

A chance conversation with a mate, followed by an accidental watching of half of one of "The Hobbit" movies ended up with us deciding to have a go at the Middle Earth setting.

Then, as usual, I stumbled across a bargain on eBay and now I'm building models for bad-guy Middle Earth.

I'm probably going to aim for Moria and Isengard, but along the way I'll doubtless pick up a few models I can use to flesh out a Mordor force too.

Anyway - here's my first offering: Saruman with Palantir:

Malign Sorcery (Part 1 of 4)

For "Fathers' Day" last year my son bought me a fabulous gift - the Malign Sorcery set.

At the time the new AoS Soul Wars set was just being released and I was working on a bunch of Stormcast models so the timing was perfect.

Then I screwed the timing up by getting distracted and working on a bunch of other things. What can I say - I'm fickle.

I've recently made a start on this set and I have to say I'm having a blast with it - I didn't really appreciate just how much fun working on this stuff would be. These models are great fun to paint.

I've not finished them all yet so I'll present them in bits and bobs as I work my way through them, starting with these:
Prismatic Palisade

Malevolent Maelstrom

Soulsnare Shackles
